Kingdom Maker: Global Worldwide Campaigns

As Creative Consultant for Global Worldwide, I helped elevate the Kingdom Maker brand through high-performing video campaigns spanning cinematic trailers, narrative explainers, social ads, and app store showcases.

Working closely with the CMO and Art Director, I directed, captured, and edited a series of distinct ad types. Each Ad designed to highlight a different layer of the game experience, from large-scale battles to the social interactions of noble families.

These campaigns balanced cinematic storytelling with marketing performance, leveraging in-engine footage, After Effects-driven mock gameplay, and localization strategies across European, Korean, and Japanese markets.

The five pieces below represent the creative and technical range of that collaboration. Each built to engage unique audiences while maintaining the game’s core tone of power, humor, and strategy.


Kingdom Maker: Dragon Launch Trailer

This cinematic trailer accompanied the launch of the Dragon Expansion for Kingdom Maker.
Using in-engine camera placements and custom timing, I built a high-energy sequence synchronized to a dramatic orchestral track, every beat hitting in rhythm with the dragon’s fire bursts and on-screen impact moments.
The result was a visually powerful, rhythmic showcase that captured the intensity of large-scale combat while elevating the game’s perceived production value across paid ad channels.


Kingdom Maker: App Store Cinematic

Designed for App Store and Google Play placement, this cinematic short introduces new players to the full range of the Kingdom Maker experience. From kingdom management and strategic battles to social dynamics within noble courts.
Cut tightly to the rhythm of the soundtrack, it balances gameplay clarity with cinematic pacing, creating a premium feel that elevated the title’s presentation and improved conversion across international markets.

Kingdom Maker: Siege Tactics (Tutorial / Explainer)

A long-form tutorial built to educate and retain new players through in-depth attack strategy.
Featuring a British narrator, callout animations, and soft-focus overlays, the piece guided viewers through best practices for base assaults. Everything from troop placement to siege timing.
The pacing and visual language reinforced the game’s strategic complexity while maintaining accessibility, making it one of the most effective long-form engagement assets in the campaign library.


Kingdom Maker: Grindr “Love Match” (Social Campaign)

A tongue-in-cheek social ad targeting adult audiences on Grindr.
Set inside the game’s “noble court,” the spot parodied modern dating culture. The task was reimagining the game’s relationship system as a medieval Tinder experience.
Using cheeky editing, quick cuts, and Benny Hill–style music, the piece blended humor, sexuality, and fantasy, creating a bold, viral-ready campaign that resonated with its niche audience while staying true to the game’s tone.


Kingdom Maker: Seize the Power (Community Feature)

Built entirely from community-submitted gameplay footage, this campaign turned player content into an energized, cinematic highlight reel.
I integrated 3D text animations, emojis, and timed transitions to amplify player-driven moments of conquest and creativity.
The result was a high-energy anthem for the Kingdom Maker community, proof of the brand’s ability to engage, celebrate, and empower its player base.
